Massage Therapy, Heat & Ice Therapy
Heat therapy, ice therapy & massage therapy are sometimes required to
relax muscle spasms, reduce inflammation or increase blood flow in
affected areas to help overcome that back pain or neck pain you have
been suffering.
Physical Therapy Treatment may include heat packs, ice packs, manual hand massage
therapy,
handheld massage machine.

Muscle Testing
Muscle Diagnostic Testing & Palpation is performed with years of
experience to determine exactly where a problem lies. This is a
completely safe, gentle & reliable technique, avoiding unnecessary
overuse of expensive & dangerous x-rays. You will be diagnosed &
treated from your first visit, no so-called 'free' first consultation where you
don't actually receive treatment. |

Adjustments
Carol uses a variety of chiropractic & osteopathy techniques for adjustment including a
handheld instrument which is very safe & gentle for those who are afraid
of the traditional manual adjustments.
The treatment bench has drop sections as another aid to adjusting. |

Carol also uses chiropractic therapy techniques such as applied kinesiology, herbs &
a chiropractic
activator.
For those who prefer the traditional manual adjustments, Carol is
experienced in their use as well. |
Ongoing Program
Whilst more than a single treatment is usually required initially, you
are not pressured into lots of visits per week for months or years on
end. A personal program will be discussed with you. |
